Occasionally business, have dual personalities, for home use and for work and the public. Some enterprises, too, have more than one pattern of behavior, one for customers, and another for employees and business firms. There may be some question as to which personality pattern is most essential in business, but there can be no question as to the ill effects of unsatisfactory working relationships with business houses and workers. The attitude of the average employee is important to business success, the attitude of suppliers or contemporaries can make or break any business at critical times.
