If the welfare of employee is not met, then the relationship between employee and the bos will be running bad. <p>If we look, there are many bosses who do not want to know about condition of the employee. He just think that his employee must work and profitable for company. If that employee gets good honor and  decent facility that is still better. But how if the salary and facilities also not enough?<span id="more-320"></span><br />
Is that employee force will be blackmailed like dairy cow?<br />
How if, you are the employee treated like that, with a small salary and facilities which not feasible and you become the target of the bosses anger?<br />
Kind of boss like this is not eligible to become a boss, and probably could have called the mafia. Or he is a boss, but he is a mafia boss.</p>
<p>A boss must knows the condition of employee, He also must understands, because the employee is a valuable asset in the company. Do not selfish. Just imagine if a boss in a large company has no employees.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Leader/ boss should be able to gives satisfaction for the welfare of his employees, gives support and motivation, filled with understanding.<br />
If the boss doing that, that means&#8230; he gives good reward.</p>
